Who we are

Elite Human HQ runs paid challenges and coaching programs (including the 30-Day Challenge and The 90-Day Rewire). When this policy says "we," it means Elite Human HQ.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (typically email, and sometimes name or phone) when you register, take a quiz, or check out.
Purchase and billing details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
Program activity such as daily check-ins / logs if you join a challenge.
Usage and advertising signals (for example Meta Pixel events, visitor IDs, and UTM parameters) so we can understand what works and measure ads.
Messages you send to our AI coach or support channels, used to deliver and improve that coaching experience.

Why we use it

To deliver the product you paid for and send onboarding / log links.
To process payments and handle refunds under our guarantee.
To reply when you contact us.
To measure marketing performance (including Meta ads) and improve the funnel.
To operate the AI coach and keep the challenge experience working.

Who we share with

Service providers that help us run the business, for example Stripe (payments), email delivery, hosting, analytics / Meta, and AI infrastructure for the coach. We do not sell your personal information.

Overseas storage

Some providers store or process data outside Australia. We choose reputable vendors and only share what is needed to provide the service.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your details, or request deletion where we are not required to keep records (for example for tax or dispute purposes). Unsubscribe links are included in marketing emails. For privacy requests, reply to any email from us or use the contact details on your purchase receipt.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies / local storage for the site to work, plus Meta Pixel and similar tools for ads measurement when those are configured. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking some may affect checkout or tracking accuracy.
